Returns / Exchanges for people outside of Europe

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, or different image from expectations). However, if you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send an Email to us, at first. (online@seya.paris). Notification by email is required within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. We are contacting you within 7 days about return or exchange possibilities. Due to limited stock, we may not able to exchange.  

In case fragile products like potteries arrived broken during transport, please take picture of outside and inside of the box / package and contact us within 48hours. Without pictures, we’re not able to exchange or refund.

The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. Fees for the return package, please include billing name, date of purchase and order no. Seya. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Damaged items claims must be made within 48 hours of parcel arrival. please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours. We will refund your credit card account.

Due to the credit card companies processing methods, there may be a lag between the time your return is process and the time the refund is reflected in your account. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at online@seya.paris before the 14-day period expires. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may also cancel it directly from your account page.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
