PATAGONIA POTTERY -STRAIGHT /ONE OF A KIND

Patagonia’s amazing hand-made pottery.  
The beautiful colors are created by the reaction between the metal elements in the glaze and the surrounding air.
The glaze itself is made from Patagonian mountain soil, which is left to ferment for two to three months.
This raku technique was first used by a Japanese woman who traveled to Patagonia in the 1970s, and it has since been passed down to her disciples.
