PATAGONIA POTTERY -TRAPEZE /ONE OF A KIND

Patagonia’s amazing hand-made pottery.  The color is made by the reaction of the metal substance contained in the glaze with ambient air. The glaze is made from patagonian mountain soil, by letting it ferment during 2-3 months. A japanese woman who traveled to patagonia in the 70’s started using this technique of raku. Now it has been down to her disciples.
