Sales Price

The sales price is the product price displayed on the Site, including consumption tax.

Shipping fees are not included.
Internet connection charges and communication fees required to access the Site shall be borne by the Customer.


Shipping Fees

Domestic Shipping (Yamato Transport)
Flat rate: JPY 1,650(within tax)
Free shipping for orders over JPY 44,000(within tax) or €400

International Shipping (DHL or EMS)
Shipping fees vary depending on destination.


Payment Methods

Payment is accepted exclusively through Shopify Payments.


Delivery Time

Domestic (Japan): Approximately 3–5 business days
International:
Europe: Approximately 7–14 days
Asia: Approximately 5–10 days

If an order is refused upon delivery for any reason, once the product is returned to us, only the product price will be refunded to the original credit card used for payment.

Seya. shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Depending on the product, items may be shipped from Japan or France.


Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We do not accept returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size, or different image from expectations).

Returns of defective or damaged items are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately.


Ceramics and Glass Products

Please inspect ceramic and glass items immediately upon delivery.
In the event of damage, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
We need taking photographs at the time of opening the package.

Damage During Shipping

For damage incurred during shipping, we will cooperate with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter.
Damage to ceramics and glass products must be reported within 48 hours.


Exchanges

Size Exchanges:
Accepted within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs for exchanges shall be borne by the Customer.

Out of Stock:
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, exchange for another item of equal value is possible.

Sale Items:
Sale or special items are not eligible for exchange except in cases of defects.


Return / Exchange Procedure

Step 1: Contact online@seya.paris within 7 days of receiving the product.
Step 2: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return or exchange in your email.
Step 3: Please wait for our confirmation and instructions before returning the product.

 

Conditions for Returns / Exchanges

All of the following conditions must be met:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Original tags attached
  • In original packaging condition
  • Returned within 7 days of receipt

 

Refunds

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.

Processing Time:
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed. It may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Refund Amount:
In the case of defective items, the full product price will be refunded.
For returns due to customer reasons (if exceptionally accepted), shipping fees are non-refundable
