The following terms and condition apply only to those products purchased directly from seya..
We make every effort to ensure colors appear as realistic as possible. However due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, we cannot guarantee exact color depiction. Every care is taken to ensure descriptions and measurements are accurate, however variations may occur. Each fabric has natural texture and weaving character which are not default. Due to limited stock, it can happen that we can’t accept order.
We will deliver your order to the delivery address given at the time you place your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted depending on the lead time of the product. You will be notified when the goods come into stock for goods that require ordering and on dispatch for stock items. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you and full payment has been received.
If an order is refused for any reason, merchandise price only will be refunded to credit card holders when the merchandise is returned to us. Seya. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Returns / Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send an Email to us, at first. (firstname.lastname@example.org). Notification by email is required within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. We are contacting you within 7 days about return or exchange possibilities. Due to limited stock, we may not able to exchange.
In case fragile products like potteries arrived broken during transport, please take picture of outside and inside of the box / package and contact us within 48hours. Without pictures, we’re not able to exchange or refund.
The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. Fees for the return package, please include billing name, date of purchase and order no. Seya. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Damaged items claims must be made within 48 hours of parcel arrival. please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours. We will refund your credit card account.
Due to the credit card companies processing methods, there may be a lag between the time your return is process and the time the refund is reflected in your account.
Sales Tax / Duty
Sales tax will only be charged on orders for the domestic shipment in Japan.
Import Tax / Duty
DDU(Delivered Duty Unpaid) – The delivery recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/import tax at the time of delivery, which is based on the full purchase price paid for the order (as reflected on the commercial invoice). Seya. is not responsable for any fees charged by customs for DDU deliveries.
Our shipping partners will contact you when your order arrives to arrange for the payment of the import fees to clear your item(s) for delivery. Please contact the local customs bureau for any questions related to the import tax/duty fees levied by the country of import.
Please note the shipping fee of your order does not include any additional import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of import.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned or exchanged items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations.
How secure is this store?
This store uses PayPal and Stripe for payments, and they automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
