Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send an Email to us, at first. (email@example.com). Notification by email is required within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. We are contacting you within 7 days about return or exchange possibilities. Due to limited stock, we may not able to exchange.
In case fragile products like potteries arrived broken during transport, please take picture of outside and inside of the box / package and contact us within 48hours. Without pictures, we’re not able to exchange or refund.
The product you return must be in new, unused, condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. Fees for the return package, please include billing name, date of purchase and order no. Seya. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Damaged items claims must be made within 48 hours of parcel arrival. please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours. We will refund your credit card account.
Due to the credit card companies processing methods, there may be a lag between the time your return is process and the time the refund is reflected in your account.
